About the presentation:

HABA’s 2016 theme is pono, meaning to do what is right and give back. This talk will discuss how HABA’s legislative committee applied basic principles of behavior analysis to public policy in Hawai’i, and offer recommendations for further advancement of social issues.

Upon completion of this presentation, participants will be able to:

  • Participants will be able to provide two examples of environmental modifications
  • Participants will be able to list strategies for pairing with legislators
  • Participants will be able to provide two examples for use of permanent products in assessing public policy
